Yes. A valid Form 23 Pool Safety Certificate is required when selling or leasing a property with a swimming pool or spa in QLD. Certificates are valid for 2 years (residential non-shared pools) or 12 months (shared/body corporate pools). Only a QBCC licensed inspector can issue these.

You don't need to be present as long as we have access to the pool area. However, being home is recommended so we can explain any findings on the spot. If you're not there, we send a detailed written report with photos.
